Connection through storytelling

Nathan is a director, producer & cinematographer with Spectrum - the TV partner of the Los Angeles Lakers and Dodgers. He travels around the country with the iconic franchises, getting to know the players and staffs that represent them. He leads production on ‘Backstage Dodgers’ and ‘Backstage Lakers’ - Spectrum’s 30-minute weekly documentary-style TV shows - in which he highlights athletes’ personalities, aiming to both shed a light on their athletic prowess, but more importantly, their unique traits and perspectives as individuals.

We all offer our own distinct personalities, skillsets and stories. Nathan embraces the opportunity and privilege to peer inside someone’s life and tell their story the way it deserves to be told.

There’s something uniquely exhilarating about meeting and getting to know people from different corners of the country and globe. When people trust and allow you to come into their lives and share even just a slice of their story, it’s really meaningful. It’s limiting when humans are judged and placed into stereotypes and boxes. Each of us offers the world unique personality traits and perspectives, that when shared, can help us all better understand and connect with each other.
